Currently I am working on Ticketbis, but I’ve been through media companies, engineering and custom development.
These days I’m focused on our infrastructure scalability. However I also like working closely with the development team so they have the tools they need to deliver value at the rate they are able to generate it. I think changing anything that is not a bottleneck is a wasted effort.
I feel lucky to live my passion.
I love eating, cooking and, above all, being on the coach with my wife and daughter.

Me encanta hackear dinámicas, experimentar y cuestionarme.

Management of the Agile Sourcing model at Paradigma Technologico and Stratio Big Data
For many years, I have been using Agile methodologies across a range of different projects in companies with whom we have worked hand in hand. I have become a fervent advocate for Agile methodologies giving talks and coaching session throughout Spain and abroad. This passion has lead me to spread the word about Agile methodologies throughout the world of traditional outsourcing, making a qualitative leap forward to the supply of manpower and the development and adaptation of this model to build skills appropriate teams and deliver more value to the end customer. My vision goes beyond just using it in traditional outsourcing though, it includes other levels like the relationship between Partners and distribution channels, absolutely anything is possible and completely adaptable.
